What I offer here is an incursion into the circle
theme and the archetypes of time and space.
1999 - Les phases de la lune
This work gathers 72 drawings of the Moon in all the
shapes it takes during the four phases of its cycle, from the black
moon to the full moon.
They were assembled on a wall during the summer of 1999, from the
summer solstice to August 31th at the Galerie d’art Point
Sud in Les Îles-de-la-Madeleine for the exhibition Mur Mur.
They were later exposed from the winter solstice through the crossing
of year 2000 at the artistic event «Passart» at Rouyn-Noranda.

Two exhibitions of miniatures, one in Ville-Marie, Quebec, the other
touring in France. The exploration of compositions in small formats
was quite stimulating. I had fun!
